Cancellation or reschedule and hair restriction Policy

All Brazilian smoothing hair treatments has hair restrictions apply, please call or text your current hair photos for details.

Please take a moment to read our cancellation policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.  Since the services reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply and appointment fee will be non refundable.

Same day cancellations will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount and reservation fee will be non refundable.

No Shows will also be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and appointment fee will be non refundable.
