I had my first Brazilian blowout nearly a year ago with Will and I’ll never go anywhere else. Will genuinely cares for his clients and their health. The space is properly ventilated and he has paid the extra costs to make sure his workspace is safe! He even has a formaldehyde detector sitting nearby so you can SEE the air quality. I trust Will and the prices are incredibly fair for the quality of work and time he spends on you. He’s also just so fun to talk to, which is a huge BONUS! I can’t recommend Will at iHairbook enough!

iHairbook is always has fresh air and special tools keep monitoring air inside of salon. We don’t need to use MASK because iHairbook not the type of salon inside of business building (I got the customers compliant the other salons without fresh air during 2-3 hrs when Brazilian smoothing hair service!) Was waiting for 3 months to write a review. Had a haircut and Brazilian blowout. My hair still looks amazing! Even better! Haircut was so good that even 3 months later people are asking me did I just had a haircut! I need to have haircut again just because my hair is too long now. Will, see you soon!

I am so happy with my haircut, hair color and Brazilian blowout! !!  I have found my hair stylist.  Will you are the best.  The blowout is amazing and still holding!!!  William is accommodating.  He is friendly and his products are amazing.  His establishment is contemporary! !!

Will is a true artist! I live in NYC and discovered his cute salon on a recent trip to my former neighborhood in SF. He does a masterful job and my hair is still looking
good 5 days later! He took me on short notice and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended. Skip the no parking expensive salons downtown….

It’s been over a month since I’ve gotten a Brazilian Blowout from Will and my hair still feels incredible. I’ve gotten so many compliments about my hair, it looks drastically different and I’m loving it. My before and after picture will leave you in disbelief. Will is the only stylist I will go to ever from now on, for my next blowout or just for a trim. Trust the reviews on here when we all can agree- this man knows how to cut hair. Will is the absolute best.

I have been coming to iHairbook for 9 years. I come every three months to get my hair cut and colored.  love this place. Will does a wonderful job on my hair. He is never in a hurry and makes sure I am completely satisfied before I leave.  I have referred several friends and neighbors to this place. I keep returning because of the friendly, professional relationship that Will has established with me.

Will did an incredible job! I went to two other salons to get a Brazilian blow out and those lasted for a month and half, but Will’s blow out lasted 3 months. The difference is that Will takes his time with the shampooing which is critical so that the solution is absorbed effectively. He also uses a generous amount of product. He’s very courteous and flexible and provides the best service. I’m always happy with the end result and looking to my next blow out with Will!

Small business owners: This is how you do it.

I had a meh experience with a blowout and Will called me to say he wanted to make it right.  I went in today and Will was surprised to see how the treatment didn’t take in my hair.  He spent an hour and a half re-doing the Brazillian blowout – and it is freaking perfect.

Like, better than perfect.

While he was working on my hair, we talked about all sorts of things.  He’s truly a delightful conversationalist, and he took such great care to be sure that the treatment was perfect.

Not only will I be going back regularly, I’ll be telling everyone I know to go see Will at iHairbook Studio.

If more small businesses took the time to follow up with customers who weren’t thrilled with their service, nobody would ever go out of business.  But Will is a rare breed.  Nothing would make me happier than to have to wait a month for an appointment with him.  He deserves to be ludicrously successful.

Go see Will.  You will not be sorry that you did.

Will is the best, offering the real authentic  Brazilian blow out you can’t get downtown or most anywhere else and …. The salons downtown don’t have enough ventilation to perform this treatment so you end up paying full price for a half baked job. The other salons tell you it’s a Brazilian then when you get there it’s some type of a Keratin treatment – not all what I’lm looking for.

Will was also trained at Sassoon and knows how to trim and style very long hair without chopping it off! Since I’ve been victimized by ruthless stylists, I am wary but Will walked me through it step by step making sure he fully understood what I wanted before nary a snip of my locks. He’s very responsive to text messages and even books appointments on Sunday afternoons which is about the only free time I have.
So I’m rating iHairbook 5+ stars both for the owner, Will, and this quaint boutique salon!

This is a great salon.  As a native New Yorker, I am extremely picky about my hair services and find many San Francisco salons overpriced and inexperienced.  Will is incredibly talented but also warm, welcoming, and never ever ever pushy about add-on products or services.   I have had cuts, trims, and Brazilian Blowout with Will, all of which came out beautifully.

Quick note about Brazilian Blowouts:  if you’re looking to have this done in the Bay Area, Will is your man.  It comes out great (and I’ve had dozens of salons treat my hair with this stuff), but just as importantly, iHairbook has all the equipment needed to keep your face out of a chemical haze–he’s installed suction ventilation over each station, and uses a stand dryer so I don’t cough or tear up the way I have in the past.  Highly recommend!
